Cambridge 2000: university: Lensfield Road: Bene't Place, 4-5
Description: university: Lensfield Road: Bene't Place, 4-5 |
Date built: c1820 |
Interesting only because of the balcony, the building was
occupied in 2000 by the School of Education.
In 2005 the department moved into a
new building
on Hills Road and vacated this building.
In 2010 the building was refurbished and converted for
the Cambridge Centre for Sixth-form Studies by
Freeland Rees Roberts.
In particular, the balcony was completely rebuilt, and
the hedges were removed and an iron railing was
installed at the front.
