Comment: It is not definite that this panel is part of the Tiffany 1910 entry, but it has an identical frame and style to the other panel, and the 1910 New York Observer article implies there was more than one panel, and so it is likely that this was originally in memory of Governor Jackson and the (separate) inscription panel was added later, after the death of Mrs. Rider [DEDUCED]
