A motel notable only for being the closest to the science parks at the top of Milton Road, so quite frequently used by people who worked there but who had homes elsewhere to which they returned at the weekend.
The building was badly damaged by fire, 5 June 2016. It was never restored, and instead was demolished January / February 2019 to be replaced with a block of fourteen flats.
