One of the first of the new residential buildings (the Accordia development) built on the old government office site, this being one of the few buildings on the site by this architect (most of the housing on the site was designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley).
The Accordia development (as a whole) was awarded the RIBA Stirling prize for 2008 (this is the top annual UK architecture prize).
