Cambridge 2000: Sedley Taylor Road: 30
This was built on land that used to be part of the
property at the left. At the back, the house and
courtyard impinges even further into the garden of
the other property than it does at the front. So
it really is a tight squeeze. Given that constraint,
the result is as good as could be achieved, with the
main architectural features at the front being the
copper roof and the cedar cladding. The roofs of the
parts of the house that are single storey are covered
by sedum.
