This provides graduate accommodation for the college, and was built on the back gardens of houses which had mainly previously been converted to commercial premises. Unfortunately the façade of the existing buildings on the road was preserved, and that harmed the overall design of the site.
As can just be seen in the photo at the left, the site is located next to a Shell petrol (gas) station.
