A typical house for its era, with an annexe at the left. The biochemist Hal Dixon and his family were the original owners. He died in 2008, and the house remained in the family until 2020, when it was listed for sale for an asking price of £2 million (about 2.3 million Euros), because of its location and the size of the plot.
The house was demolished April 2022, to be replaced by a new house designed by NP Architects.
