The 1997 NRHP report does not mention the Breese window but says that there was a second Tiffany window, in memory of Albert Jenkins (1832-1913), Mary Jenkins (1834-1914), Robert Hume (1830-1880) and Jane Hume (1830-1896), also destroyed in the fire of 1925, so presumably dating in the range 1914-1925 [NRHP1997]
